Ministry of Foreign Affairs: properly handle South China Sea dispute is the consensus of the two countries
Foreign Ministry spokesman Liu Weimin, 12, said, properly handle South China Sea dispute between China and the Philippines to ensure the healthy and stable development of relations between the two countries reached consensus.
