Global Times special correspondent Tangxiang reports released by the U.S. Defense Department 25, 2009 evaluation report in addition to China’s military accused the Chinese military building to break the military balance in Asia, but also that will follow the “Taiwan Relations Act”, providing arms to Taiwan.
