CIS member states unanimously agreed to form a collective rapid reaction force

Feb. 4 (Xinhua correspondent in Hongjian) members of the CIS Collective Security Treaty Organization summit held in Moscow 4 Special Summit agreed on the formation of a collective rapid reaction force.
