Mumbai, February 19, Xinhua (Reporter Nie Yun) Indian Air Force MiG-21 fighter 19 pm in India’s eastern West Bengal State training flight over the sudden failure, lost control and crashed, but the pilot successfully ejected safely.
Indian Air Force spokesman said it was three days, the Indian Air Force was the second crash. On the afternoon of 16th of this month, a MiG-27 fighter crashed while flying over in West Bengal, the pilot was killed.
Indian Air Force MiG-21 is the oldest active duty jet fighter, is gradually decommissioned, replaced by a modern new fighter.
