July 8 (Reuters) – Russian Parliament passed a bill 7 preliminary, proposed to the Japanese surrender ending World War II Japan as the official anniversary.

Russia and Japan because of territorial disputes, has not yet been formally signed the peace agreement to end hostilities. Media, the Russian State Duma lower house of the vote did not make people see the short-term hope to solve these territorial disputes.
