BEIJING, Nov. 9 (AFP), Colombia 8, said Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez instructed the army to do its “war preparations”, the Columbia will seek United Nations Help.

Colombian President Alvaro Uribe said in a statement: “Faced with the threat of war the Government of Venezuela, the Colombian government is considering to the Organization of American States and the United Nations Security Council for help.”
