International Online News: Pakistan Foreign Minister Qureshi, No. 9, said he and visiting British Foreign Secretary David Miliband to discuss military cooperation, Pakistan could to the NATO-led security assistance force in Afghanistan to provide ammunition support.
Qureshi and Miliband day in Islamabad held a joint press conference. Qureshi said the two sides discussed will be held this month in London Conference on Afghanistan. He said Pakistan welcomed the convening of the meeting, and a constructive attitude to participate in this meeting because peace and stability in Afghanistan is vital for Pakistan.
Miliband said that the London Conference on Afghanistan-related issues are the focus of his visit to Pakistan, the British want to understand Pakistan’s views on Afghanistan. He said: “Afghanistan and Pakistan in resolving problems plays a very important role, this is my reason for the visit here of Afghanistan’s security, stability and prosperity and Pakistan are closely related.”
Miliband said British Pakistan in the cultural, economic, security, political and so has a good working relationship, the United Kingdom in the next four years to provide Pakistan with more than 10 million dollars in aid to help its economic development and education.
